This role offers the opportunity to take charge of leading-edge technology initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions that meet business needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive team velocity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create robust and scalable software solutions.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the development process and implement changes as needed.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in software development, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies such as Express JS, Next JS, Laravel, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of SOLID Principles and Design Patterns, with the ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with developers to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Familiarity with database management systems such as PostgreSql/MySql.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
