About the Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist e-commerce clients in utilizing our testing platform.

This role involves daily communication with customers via email, Slack, and chat to resolve issues and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-notch customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical problems, identify root causes, and offer solutions or escalate when necessary
  • Become an expert on our products so you can answer questions quickly and accurately
  • Manage 20-30 active customer conversations at a time
  • Ongoingly follow up and ensure all tickets are resolved in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams on escalated or complex issues
  • Identify trends in support issues and share insights with product, tech, and ops
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing (documentation, training, etc.)
