Executive-Level FP&A Position

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting planning and decision-making by preparing reports, building financial models, and analyzing data for accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing scheduled financial reports and ensuring the accuracy of data. You will also update and maintain forecasting tools and templates, reconcile financial data between systems, and flag discrepancies. Additionally, you will assist in preparing presentation decks for senior management and provide analytical support for ad hoc projects and business cases.
- You will have 3–5 years of work experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles.
- You must possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
This is a night shift position (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH time), with possible shifting. The starting salary is PHP 50,000, which may be higher based on current salary.
You will receive a monthly allowance of PHP 2,200, plus a 10% night differential. From Day 1, you will enjoy HMO and life insurance coverage, including three dependents.
