We are seeking a highly skilled Process Analytics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with process mining and operational analytics, and a strong foundation in data engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the evaluation of process mining platforms.
  • Design and implement process mining models using Celonis or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand operational workflows and data sources.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards to visualize process performance, KPIs, and automation opportunities.
  • Leverage Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows and integrate analytics into business processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in process mining using Celonis or similar platforms.
  • Strong background in data engineering, including SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
  • Experience preparing event logs and operational datasets for analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
