- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Zendesk with other business systems and tools
- At least 2 years of experience as a Zendesk CRM Specialist or a similar customer service technology role
- Strong knowledge of the Zendesk platform and its features, including configuration, customization, and administration
- Proficient in interpreting and analyzing customer service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve Zendesk-related issues
