Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented CRM Data Integrity Specialist to ensure the accuracy and quality of our CRM data. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to maintain and enhance data quality across multiple sources. Full on-site training will be provided to familiarize the candidate with our CRM and data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within the CRM.
  2. Export, clean, map, and import data from various sources into the CRM.
  3. Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors to ensure optimal data quality.
  4. Work closely with internal teams to update and manage data directly within the CRM.
  5. Provide management with regular data reports and insights using advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation techniques.
  6. Assist in creating and implementing processes for continuous improvement of data integrity.
  7. Track and manage CRM data workflows to ensure timely updates and accuracy.
  8. Collaborate with the CRM team and other departments to support various data initiatives.
  9. Ensure compliance with data governance and protection standards.
  10. Achieve and exceed performance goals tied to data accuracy and quality.
Qualifications:
  1. Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data analysis.
  2. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
  3. Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
  4. Ability to work with large datasets and identify patterns or inconsistencies.
  5. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Good communication skills to liaise with various teams and report on data accuracy.
  7. Prior experience in data management or analysis is preferred.
