We are Alter Domus, committed to providing a supportive environment for our employees. As a Shared Services Manager, you will lead our Client Shared Services team in the Philippines, focusing on operational excellence and technical knowledge.

  • Good command of English, both verbally and written

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for leading the Client Shared Services team locally in the Philippines for up-to-date technical knowledge and ensuring operational excellence is delivered to clients.
  2. Monitors the GCAC processing, MDM set up and approvals (onboarding).
  3. Handle various Regulatory Reporting (Luxembourg), Annual validation and tax return prep and Annual 143 Investment Audited Financial Statement filing (plus geographic investor breakdown).
  4. Organize and conduct board meetings, prepare board packs, minutes and scheduling/ Board resolutions and ACRA Bizfile filing.
  5. Supervise the preparation of board and committee meetings and ensure processes and turnaround are adhered to.
  6. Ensures timely execution of preparation of the monthly NAV templates out of eFront, and the Set up and updating Statutory records on Blueprint.
  7. Manage Corppass matters of clients.
  8. Manage relationships with our clients, other related service providers, including auditors and tax agents, law firms, bankers, custodians, prime brokers and regulators.
  9. Perform due diligence on client matters with regular review.
  10. Maintain up-to-date client records with excellent document management skills.
  11. Any other ad hoc duties and tasks to be assigned.
