
Chief Executive Liaison

This position is ideal for a highly organized individual who can effectively manage the CEO's schedule and provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have strong marketing skills, experience with AI technologies, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with the marketing and operations team on promotional campaigns, content creation, and social media management.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings for executives.
- Handle email management: draft, respond, and organize communications.
- Provide regular updates to the CEO on ongoing tasks and projects.
- Ensure the CEO is reminded of upcoming tasks and deadlines.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and materials.
- Maintain accurate records and manage digital filing systems.

Requirements:
- Proven experience working with AI technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, Hubstaff, freshworks, Adobe, Docusign, or similar.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Technical Requirements:
- Internet: Reliable High-Speed Internet (minimum upload and download speeds of 25 Mbps).
- Computer: Intel i3 or equivalent processor, minimum 8GB RAM, high or SSD storage, Operating System: Windows 10 or macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or higher.
- Video Conferencing: Headset: Noise-canceling headphones with a microphone, Workspace: Quiet, private area for confidential communications, Backup Power: Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) or alternate power source.
