This position offers the opportunity to work closely with high-level executives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Personal Executive Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to both principals in their professional and personal affairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics for both personal and professional engagements.
- Task Tracking: Track and drive completion of key tasks and projects with minimal follow-up, ensuring timely delivery and effective results.
- Briefings and Summaries: Prepare clear, structured briefings, updates, and summaries to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Research: Conduct thorough research on vendors, products, and travel options to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Expense Reports: Handle expense reports, budget tracking, and simple spreadsheet management to maintain financial accuracy and transparency.
- Household Coordination: Coordinate household vendors and service providers, including housekeeping, landscaping, pool maintenance, IT services, and more.
- Tech Support: Troubleshoot basic tech issues across Mac, PC, and iOS platforms to ensure seamless technical operations.
- Global Support: Ensure consistent support even while principals are traveling, managing time zones, communications, and light coordination as needed.
