As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and implementing quality control measures to maintain product integrity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished goods to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and lab tests to identify any potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports for traceability and audit purposes.
  • Investigate and report product non-conformities and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Work closely with Production and Warehouse teams to ensure quality at all stages of the manufacturing process.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in quality assurance/control in a food manufacturing setup.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
