Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, test, and optimize automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and related tools.
  • Integrate multiple apps, APIs, and data sources to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation projects.
  • Document processes and create clear SOPs for recurring workflows.

Qualifications
  • Strong background in workflow automation using Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms.
  • AI-native mindset: comfortable testing, adopting, and applying emerging AI tools.
  • Basic coding skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python) a plus, but not required.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and resourceful problem solver.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in agency, SaaS, or automation-heavy environments a plus.
