About This Role
  • As a senior backend engineer, you will play a pivotal part in bridging data infrastructure, backend systems, and AI operations to build and scale our community businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You'll design and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure using dbt and Snowflake.
  • Build and deploy AI agents and micro-services that support operational and community use cases.
  • Owning our backend architecture, you'll focus on scalability, automation, and velocity.
  • You'll integrate third-party platforms (CRM, ESP, forms) and unify customer data across systems.
  • Support internal tools and workflows to help the team move faster.
