Scalable System Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced systems professional to design and develop scalable systems, launch process automations, and create executive dashboards that drive measurable impact.

This is your chance to build scalable systems from the ground up and directly shape how our operations function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map end-to-end processes into concise standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Build no/low-code integrations and automations across our technology stack.
  • Launch executive dashboards and track before/after impact metrics.
  • Source and orchestrate advisory committees/SMEs: identify gaps, shortlist experts, negotiate engagements, run workshops, convert recommendations into implemented changes, and track outcomes.
  • Train process owners and drive change management and adoption.
  • Run proof of concept → pilot → rollout with clear success metrics and learnings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / Business Administration or equivalent field.
  • 8 years of experience in BPM/Automation/Operations Excellence.
  • Cross-industry exposure: real estate, construction, marketing/brokerage, retail/e-commerce, manufacturing, and/or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with Zapier/Make/Power Automate; Notion/Airtable/Google Workspace; basic knowledge of APIs/Webhooks.
  • Remote-readiness: initial remote engagement with 4–5 hours overlap with Riyadh time; potential conversion to on-site full-time at HQ based on successful outcomes; stable internet and security hygiene (VPN/2FA).

  • BPMN process mapping & SOP writing.
  • No/Low-Code automation and API/Webhook integrations.
  • Analytics & KPI design; before/after impact measurement.
  • Advisor sourcing, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
  • Project management: Agile, Lean, and 80/20 thinking.
  • Executive communication and clear documentation.
