Our company is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of our products and services. You will be responsible for testing end-products, identifying and analyzing quality concerns, designing appropriate tests, documenting defects and failure rates, performing root cause analysis, and communicating quality metrics in test reports.Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in manual testing (functional, non-functional, regression)
  • Designs test cases and test scripts under own direction, mapping back to pre-determined criteria, recording and reporting test outcomes.
  • Participates in requirement, design and specification reviews, and uses this information to design test plans and test conditions.
  • Applies agreed standards to specify and perform manual and automated testing.
  • Analyses and reports on test activities, results, issues and risks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading a team or mentoring/coaching other testers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical resources.
  • Ability to work in a small agile team.
