BIM Modelling Expert

As a skilled BIM Modeller, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of accurate 3D models for building services. Your primary responsibilities will include creating high-quality parametric Revit models and libraries for MEP and other AEC assets.

You will work closely with project teams to ensure that your models align with design intent and construction requirements. This will involve implementing BIM workflows and processes to improve project coordination and delivery, as well as performing clash detection and construction coordination.

In addition, you will be responsible for preparing architectural or engineering documentation as required, providing BIM support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining model and content quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will also possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant software tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate 3D BIM models for building services.
