Job Title: Technical Support Team LeadJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Team Lead to join our team. As a Technical Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Technical Support Representatives as they assist Tier 1 Support in ensuring the successful support of the user base and the continuous improvement of team capabilities and performance.

  • You will manage your own time effectively to ensure that leadership duties are carried out while maintaining a reasonable volume of case work.
  • You will lead by example in case quality and proactively support users of Turnitin products, ensuring problem resolution, system access, optimal system performance, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • You will become a Subject Matter Expert on all Turnitin Assessment Products and services while expanding knowledge on various product lines.

  • Experience in leading technical support teams and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Knowledge of technical support processes and procedures, with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
