Job Title: Coding Expert

The coding expert plays a vital role in the development of improved capabilities in documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and review the overall quality of coding on accounts completed by medical coders.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any medical or allied medical course or equivalent work experience.
  • Hold AAPC and/or AHIMA certification.
  • Proficient with E/M and CPT procedure coding.
Working Conditions:
  • Work from home.
  • Dayshift work schedule.

This role requires advanced knowledge of professional coding (CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS) and strong analytical skills. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently yet function in a team environment.
