Supply Chain Business Intelligence Analyst

This role involves working with regional supply chain managers to identify opportunities and drive cost improvement/inventory optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory to drive stakeholder engagement and action.
  • Act as a liaison between regional supply chain leaders, global logistics, and finance teams to incorporate known headwinds, tailwinds, and cost reduction projects into the quarterly forecast.
  • Track forecast attainment monthly, including Pareto analysis of misses and gap closure plans.
  • Challenge existing targets and identify further improvements by partnering with global logistics & global trade services teams.
  • Collaborate with master data teams to review and maintain system parameters.
  • Lead slow-moving/obsolete inventory cadence and drive actions, including end-of-life procedures.
  • Integrate with corporate initiatives and supply planner for inventory optimization (ABC/FMR, healthy stock methodology).
  • Create innovative reports and digitize data presentation for better actionability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, information systems, or a related field; master's preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, and production planning.
  • At least 1+ year experience in master data management, data governance, preferably in supply chain planning.
  • Knowledge of master data management tools (e.g., SAP, Tableau, Informatica MDM) is a plus.
  • Understanding of data governance principles, data quality, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, travel as needed, and adjust to global time zones.
  • Ability to develop effective relationships across departments.
