Job Description

The Recruitment Marketing Supervisor plays a key role in the company's talent acquisition strategy, leading the development and execution of recruitment marketing plans to attract top talent. This position is responsible for managing a team of recruitment marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of recruitment marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in recruitment marketing and team leadership. They will be able to develop and execute comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies, leveraging data and analytics to drive results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas.
  • Ability to manage a remote, results-oriented team with ability to work onsite at least once a month.
  • Previously demonstrated proactiveness, problem solving, and data-based critical thinking.
  • Experience managing budgets and using advanced excel.
