Job Responsibilities:
  • Update and process real-time data for in-depth performance analysis.
  • Obtain actionable metrics to inform critical recommendations and drive account performance.
  • Manage and monitor queue performance against attainment of service level targets.
  • Collaborate proactively with Operations Management to develop and implement action plans.
  • Serve as the central point of communication for account performance, cascading vital information to key decision-makers.
  • Evaluate and escalate relevant information on account performance to Management, ensuring proper documentation on major incidents.
  • Stay up-to-date on new policies and procedures addressing day-to-day issues and challenges.
  • Provide insight into key issues and devise necessary responses to resolve matters effectively.
