Job Summary

We seek a skilled and accomplished project leader to spearhead new projects, manage virtual tutoring sessions, and ensure the timely delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and direct tutors, plan and analyze program effectiveness, streamline communication with stakeholders, and maintain operational standards.
  • Support regional operations, provide academic services to students and their families, and work in a virtual environment.
  • Manage class schedules, monitor student progress, and guarantee seamless execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct conferences with partner program directors, build relationships with students and their families, and foster open communication for effective conflict resolution.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Create standard operating procedures with excellence, demonstrate time management, planning, and prioritization skills, and organize multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Prioritize key objectives, exhibit a professional demeanor, and communicate effectively in virtual environments.
  • Build engagement and trust in virtual relationships, adapt to changes in the work environment, and acquire new skills as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required, 2-3 years of progressive career growth, experience in virtual operations and team environments, and bilingual skills beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications, high tolerance for ambiguity, and ability to work independently.
