Architectural Design Expert Wanted

We are seeking a talented Architect to fill a key role in our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative architectural designs, developing detailed construction documents, and producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals
  • Create detailed construction documents using Revit, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
  • Utilize 3ds Max to produce realistic 3D models and visualizations for design presentations and reviews
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project feasibility
  • Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented according to plans and standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects
  • Proficiency in Revit for creating detailed construction documents and BIM (Building Information Modeling)
  • Expertise in 3ds Max for producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
  • Creative and innovative design approach with a strong sense of aesthetics
  • Ability to interpret and translate client requirements into functional and attractive designs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in design documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently manage projects
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices
  • Familiarity with virtual reality tools for immersive design presentations
