Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Financial Analyst / Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial health by managing bookkeeping activities, preparing comprehensive financial statements, and providing strategic financial advice. If you have a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of financial principles, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data from bookkeeping records to prepare comprehensive financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform financial forecasting and budgeting to support strategic planning.
  • Conduct tax planning and prepare accurate tax returns.
  • Identify potential financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Offer strategic financial advice to management for decision-making.
  • Audit financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Record transactions such as sales, purchases, payments, and receipts in accounting software.
  • Categorize expenses and revenues appropriately.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Generate basic financial reports, including trial balances.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting or financial analysis roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and tax laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
