Senior Financial Planning Analyst Role

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will support critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis, strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and at least 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis.

  • Lead financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas.
  • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Build financial models, develop "what-if" scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform key initiatives.
  • Support scenario planning and long-term financial modeling efforts to inform strategic decisions.

In this role, you will act as a thought partner to senior Finance and Business leaders, proactively challenge business assumptions and identify areas for digital and financial optimization. You will take full ownership of key financial deliverables with minimal supervision, delivering insights that influence strategic decision-making.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:
