This position is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our software testing team.

As a Testing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of software testing processes from start to finish. This includes creating and updating test cases, coordinating test runs, leading teams of freelance testers, and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional quality standards.

Key responsibilities include writing and updating test cases based on testing strategies and project needs, coordinating and managing test runs from initiation to completion, monitoring testers and test leads, providing feedback, and ensuring adherence to testing best practices.

You will also conduct issue reviews, verify fixed bugs, and maintain updated issue backlogs. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to report risks, escalate concerns, and ensure smooth operations. Furthermore, you will track and improve project quality KPIs in coordination with Testing Managers.

Requirements for this role include a minimum of 2 years of hands-on software testing experience, strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices, and experience with the Testlio Platform or other QA platforms. You should also possess strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

Able to work independently in a distributed, fast-paced environment, you must be comfortable handling multiple priorities and shifting between strategic and operational tasks.
