Job Overview

Seeking a skilled financial analyst with expertise in multifamily market analysis, loan compliance, and Yardi reporting. This role involves preparing and analyzing funding reports for senior management review, generating liquidity statements, and performing quarterly/ year-end loan compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weekly Funding Reports: Prepare detailed funding reports for senior management review.
  • Monthly Reports: Generate liquidity statements, monitor compliance, and perform multifamily market comparisons.
  • Quarterly/Year-end Loan Compliance Reporting: Create detailed reports for major lending partners.
  • Ground Lease Reporting: Monitor reporting compliance and analyze financial variances.
  • Yardi Reports: Prepare custom reports for asset managers, property managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Loan Financing/Refinancing: Assist with underwriting, loan requests, and closing documents.
  • Yearly Budget: Review and prepare budgets for multifamily, general ledger, and office suites.
  • 1031 Exchange: Identify replacement properties, calculate tax gains/losses, and update property tax basis.
  • Acquisitions/Dispositions: Conduct due diligence, close transactions, and set up exchanges.
  • Summary of Acquisitions, Dispositions, Financing, and 1031 Exchanges: Maintain accurate records and update IRR calculations.
  • Property Tax Basis: Update and maintain the property tax basis on a quarterly basis.
  • LoanBoss: Ensure accuracy of loan information in LoanBoss.
  • Special Reports: Prepare reports on draw requests, company presentation materials, transaction gain/loss, and other management requests.
Requirements
  • Latin honors from a reputable university.
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, and/or accounting (a plus).
  • MBA degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management and/or acquisitions.
  • Experience with top consulting firms or top financial institutions.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills required.
  • Strong quantitative skills, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to generate high-quality work products on tight deadlines.
  • Unquestionable integrity and ethics.
