Job Description

Be part of our client's team as a Marketing Analyst, where you'll analyze customer and market trends to support product development, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance marketing effectiveness. You'll collaborate with GTM, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams, delivering insights that drive strategy and reimagine how market intelligence creates impact.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Ability to collaborate in a complex, fast-paced business
• An analytical mindset and approach
• 3+ years' experience in Data & Analytics
• Strong technical capability and knowledge in Tableau, Excel, and SQL
• Proven relationship builder with strong stakeholder management skills
• Solutions-focused problem solver with commercial business impact experience
• First-class communication - written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Proactive, curious, and influential with a track record of delivering results

Your Daily Tasks

• Deliver analytics and reporting to support marketing and product strategies
• Provide ad hoc analysis across sales, product, and marketing initiatives
• Evaluate customer behavior, market conditions, and competitor performance
• Collaborate with marketing comms to support tailored customer communications
• Source data and support the development of GTM tools and collateral
• Improve and utilize customer information databases like Salesforce and Principle Database
• Provide dashboards and reporting on key metrics to optimize sales efficiency
• Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure reporting relevance and usability
• Manipulate and analyze complex data from multiple sources using various tools
