The Marketing department of PHINMA Education is looking for a Marketing Analyst. This role is essential in supporting our mission to ensure that activities across our network are consistently documented, evaluated, and improved—helping us deliver meaningful impact for our students and communities.

What You'll Do

  • Organize and track coaching data and feedback
  • Coordinate evaluations and logistics
  • Prepare accurate reports and insights
  • Ensure data consistency across teams
  • Support feedback and improvement cycles

What We're Looking For

Degree/Experience: Bachelor's or equivalent in education, social work, psychology, data science, or related field

Background: 1–2 years in coordination, analysis, or support (education, marketing, training, or performance preferred)

Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, strong communicator, data reporting/analysis, adaptable in fast-paced settings
