Refrigeration Support Specialist

This critical role is responsible for providing administrative assistance and monitoring refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Monitoring and Reporting
      • Identify and report any issues with refrigeration systems to the relevant personnel for prompt resolution.
      • Generate detailed reports on system performance, maintenance schedules, and incidents to support informed decision-making.
    • Administrative Support
      • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections to facilitate efficient operations.
      • Coordinate routine maintenance and emergency repairs with technicians and vendors to minimize downtime.
    • Communication and Coordination
      • Serve as a liaison between refrigeration technicians, facility managers, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
      • Communicate system alerts or malfunctions promptly to relevant teams to prevent disruptions.
    • Documentation and Compliance
      • E nsure all refrigeration logs, compliance records, and safety certifications are up-to-date and properly filed.
      • Assist with audits and regulatory compliance documentation to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
    • Inventory and Supplies Management
      • Track and manage inventory related to refrigeration, including spare parts and refrigerant supplies, to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
      • Order necessary materials and maintain an organized supply system to optimize productivity.
    • General Administrative Tasks
      • Respond to calls, handle correspondence, and manage data entry for refrigeration-related operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
      • Support budgeting and cost-tracking for refrigeration maintenance and repairs to inform strategic decisions.
