Role Overview

Back-Office Porting Specialist | Fully Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to manage back-office porting operations, handle repetitive tasks with accuracy, and communicate complex technical processes effectively to customers.

This role involves becoming proficient in all aspects of back-office porting, ensuring seamless data management and process execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues, adapting to updates or changes, and clearly explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become an expert in back-office porting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management and process execution.
  • Handle repetitive data entry tasks with meticulous attention to detail and organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve porting-related issues by considering multiple perspectives when needed.
  • Adapt to established procedures and processes while applying updates or changes as required.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical processes to customers using clear and concise language.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 1–2 years of related experience in handling porting tasks or similar responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving procedures and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, including conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
