Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Web Design and Management Virtual Assistant. This is a part-time independent contractor role that requires exceptional web design and management skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, or maintain websites using clients' website platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, & other drag-and-drop systems), content creation tools, management tools, and digital media.
  • Perform or direct website updates, write, design, or edit web page content, or direct others to produce content.
  • Confer with development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
  • Back up files from websites to local directories for instant recovery in case of problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with hosting sites.
  • Experience in WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and other website-building platforms.
  • Knowledgeable with plug-ins and integrations.
  • Preferably someone who knows how to code (JavaScript, PHP, CSS, HTML).
  • With experience in Figma (for website design).
  • Kajabi experience is a plus.
