Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer invoices on client invoicing portals, adhering to strict compliance requirements
  • Monitor and troubleshoot invoice submission statuses, resolving any errors or rejections efficiently
  • Maintain and update customer invoice records and account notes with accuracy and precision
  • Collaborate in preparing AR reports and addressing inquiries related to invoices and payments
  • Monitor and manage shared email inboxes for effective communication
  • Perform various administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in clerical, administrative, or accounting-related roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and customer invoicing portals is a plus
  • Exceptional data entry and validation skills to ensure accuracy
