Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer invoices on client invoicing portals, adhering to strict compliance requirements
- Monitor and troubleshoot invoice submission statuses, resolving any errors or rejections efficiently
- Maintain and update customer invoice records and account notes with accuracy and precision
- Collaborate in preparing AR reports and addressing inquiries related to invoices and payments
- Monitor and manage shared email inboxes for effective communication
- Perform various administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by management
- Minimum 1 year of experience in clerical, administrative, or accounting-related roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and customer invoicing portals is a plus
- Exceptional data entry and validation skills to ensure accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including positive phone skills and written/oral communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Ability to troubleshoot invoice submission issues and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
