Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Accounts Receivable and Payable to join our finance team. This role involves managing the procurement process, developing policies and procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Oversee the accounts payable team to optimize processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain SLAs for invoice processing and payments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address concerns and implement process improvements.
  • Support and guide the AP team and be the first point of contact for AP-related issues.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable and accounting in a leadership role.
  • Experience with large ERP systems, preferably Workday.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven process improvement mindset required.
