About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support professional to join our team at Boomering Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business, while developing your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Play a key role in driving revenue growth through effective sales support and customer service.
  2. Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce overdue accounts and improve cash flow.
  3. Investigate and resolve complex account balance issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  4. Generate reports on accounts receivable aging to provide valuable insights for our business leaders.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to accounts receivable, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  1. At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales Support or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  3. A high level of initiative and drive, with a passion for delivering results-oriented solutions.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  5. Proficiency in computer software and technology, including telephone equipment and relevant computer programs.
  6. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
