The role of the Digital Content Specialist is to enhance the company's digital presence by creating, adapting and distributing engaging content across various platforms. This involves working closely with the press relations team to transform traditional media content into digital-friendly formats, ensuring company news reaches target audiences through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transforming press releases and traditional media content into digital formats
  • Creating engaging social media posts, web articles and multimedia content
  • Developing graphics, infographics and basic video content using design tools
  • Writing compelling copy for various digital platforms while maintaining brand voice
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital content creation or social media management
  • Experience with content management systems and social media platforms
  • Portfolio demonstrating content creation abilities across multiple formats

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
      • Understanding of social media analytics tools and Google Analytics
      • Basic video editing capabilities preferred
