Job Title: Financial Leadership RoleOverviewThe role is focused on accounting leadership and financial reporting responsibilities. It entails overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements, cash flow, and balance sheets. The candidate will ensure accuracy and compliance in taxation, including VAT, income tax, and withholding tax.ResponsibilitiesKey tasks include:
  • Preparation and analysis of financial statements to provide insights for informed business decisions.
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance in taxation, including VAT, income tax, and withholding tax, and supporting audits as needed.
  • Maintaining strong internal controls and accurate financial records through collaboration with team members.
  • Supporting cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
  • Contribution to financial reporting processes and provision of clear, detailed analysis to support business decisions.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have:
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Knowledgeable in ERP and Accounting Systems.
  • A strong background in financial statements preparation (income statements, cash flow, balance sheet).
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is an advantage.
  • Three to five years of experience as an Accountant with a strong background in cost accounting (manufacturing industry).
  • Solid experience in taxation, including preparation and filing tax returns and dealing with tax compliance issues and audits.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
