Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Professional to lead our accounting functions and drive financial excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely submission of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all areas related to financial reporting, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Supervise the preparation of general ledger accounts, year-end audits, and budget support, as well as forecast and analyze financial data.
  • Lead the accounting team in developing and implementing efficient processes and systems to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including management, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or relevant field.
  • CPA certification is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in accounting or finance.
  • Excellent understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing accounting team.

Working Conditions:

Monday-Friday, Ugong Valenzuela City. Willingness to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
