We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our financial team. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills.

The successful candidate will oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include managing month-end and year-end closing processes, leading budgeting and forecasting activities, and supervising and developing the accounting team.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in accounting, including 2 years in a managerial role.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, is required for this position.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, and excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

The selected individual will be responsible for collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements
