The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving innovative video content creation, leveraging performance insights to inform strategic decisions, and mentoring junior editors to foster a culture of creativity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage full-cycle video production, including concept, execution, optimization, and delivery.
  • Analyze competitor campaigns and leverage insights to drive creative innovation.
  • Lead multi-platform optimization strategies, ensuring videos are tailored for various platforms.
  • Build scalable processes and standard operating procedures for video content production.
  • Use data and analytics to refine creative direction and improve campaign ROI.
  • Mentor junior editors, fostering a culture of creativity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, SEO, and content teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field required (Marketing, Business, or Analytics preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or performance advertising
  • Advanced editing skills across multiple tools and platforms, expertise in SEO-driven video strategy, experience in mentoring and managing workflows.
  • Certification in Video Editing
  • Excel/Sheets and tracking tools (e.g., Voluum, RedTrack)
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • English proficiency required; additional language skills are a plus
