Visual Content Creator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing visual content across multiple channels. This includes creating concept ideas, refining design work based on overall creative direction, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

• Develops a consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelines.
• Follows established standards to execute assets appropriately for each channel.
• Produces high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
• Assists with team design needs, including creating presentation templates for internal and external marketing materials.
• Ideates visual concepts/themes and refines design work based on overall creative direction.
• Creates concept ideas holistically across multiple channels.
• Stays current with best practices and trends for various channels.
• Exercises professionalism, using strong communication skills and listening to understand, recognize, and solve problems with the team.
• Partners with project supervisors and other teams to understand incoming scope of deliverables.
• Promotes a culture of innovation and teamwork.
• Communicates design concepts clearly to non-designers and clients in a way that demonstrates understanding of the project and how design helps achieve stated goals.
• Monitors and supports management of online reviews and reputation management strategies.
• Develops and manages content marketing initiatives such as blogs, case studies, and customer testimonials.
• Supports implementation and administration of CRM system.
• Identifies and recommends marketing technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensures CRM and marketing technology stack support lead generation, customer retention, and sales alignment.
• Works closely with IT and sales teams to integrate digital marketing efforts with business operations.
• Implements and manages marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution and reporting.
• Sets up and manages performance tracking across all digital marketing initiatives.
• Uses Google Analytics, CRM reports, and other tracking tools to monitor campaign success.
• Provides actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing ROI.
• Activity reporting, creates and maintains a reporting structure for content, campaigns, monthly reports and dashboards.
• Collaborates regularly with internal and external stakeholders, as well as external agencies and suppliers to plan, implement and deliver digital marketing strategy and support overall marketing function.
