Key SaaS Technical Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Key SaaS Technical Specialist to lead the technical onboarding and implementation of software solutions for small-to-mid-sized business (SMB) and mid-market clients. This role involves a combination of technical configuration, project coordination, client onboarding, and post-implementation support.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding and implementation process.
  • Lead full-cycle implementation projects—from discovery to deployment—ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Translate client requirements into clear technical and operational plans.
  • Configure and deploy SaaS platforms based on client needs and best practices.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions and provide platform training to end-users.
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing project plans, timelines, and status updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations and contractual deliverables are met.
  • Identify potential issues during the implementation process and proactively resolve them using available internal or external resources.
  • Support clients post-implementation and identify opportunities for additional services or platform enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, client support, or a similar client-facing technical role.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo, Outreach, or similar SaaS solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
