About the Role: As a Customer Care Specialist for Ride Handling and Delivery Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with drivers to resolve concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer support: Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding ride-sharing and delivery services.
  • Ride-handling support: Assist riders with booking, cancellation, pricing, and driver rating issues.
  • Delivery management: Coordinate delivery logistics, including tracking and resolving order issues.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve conflicts between drivers and passengers, ensuring a safe and efficient ride experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with drivers to address concerns about routes, traffic, or order discrepancies.
  • Incident documentation: Document incidents such as accidents, service delays, or safety-related issues for further review.

Requirements:

  • Education: At least 2 years of college education.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of international BPO experience.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
