  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on various revenue/cost streams, consulting with aviation experts and stakeholders, and utilizing secondary data sources.
  • Qualitative Analysis: Oversee qualitative analysis, financial, and feasibility studies, scenario, and sensitivity analyses on business proposals, initiatives, and corporate issues, recommending best courses of action.
  • Technical Studies: Manage the regular updating of key technical studies, including traffic forecasts, strategy advisory, and daily flight schedule design.
  • Airline Marketing: Develop and implement key airline marketing and route development programs, leading or participating in their implementation.
  • Contracting Strategy: Support the formulation and implementation of the contracting strategy for various packages, evaluating prospective engagement with service providers.
  • Fund Planning: Plan and implement activities involved with fund sources planning, fund-raising (project financing and commercial loans), and cash management, aligning actual drawdowns and capex requirements.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance with facility agreements/loan documents.
