Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned PPC Optimization Specialist to lead our digital advertising efforts.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and social media channels. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand our objectives and develop effective PPC strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing existing campaigns, conducting audience and keyword research, configuring conversion tracking, and enhancing landing page performance. They will also analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Additionally, the PPC Optimization Specialist will conduct deep-dive analysis on conversions to understand conversion factors and obstacles. They will review existing research, conduct new interviews, and analyze comments on platforms like Facebook and Reddit to gain deep insights into our audience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Experience in setting up and testing campaigns from scratch is highly desirable.

  • Auditing existing campaigns to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Conducting audience and keyword research, configuring conversion tracking, and enhancing landing page performance.
  • Analyzing campaign data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Conducting deep-dive analysis on conversions to understand conversion factors and obstacles.
  • Reviewing existing research, conducting new interviews, and analyzing comments on platforms like Facebook and Reddit to gain deep insights into our audience.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  • Ability to conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.
  • Lead Generation Conversion Optimization.
  • E-commerce conversion optimization experience.
