Senior Legal Expertise

This position offers the opportunity to provide strategic legal guidance and support to businesses operating in various countries. The role requires a deep understanding of local laws, regulations, and industry practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality legal advice and assistance on matters related to business activities and legal entities in the designated region.
  • Support key initiatives by providing expert legal interpretations and counsel to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate internal and external legal services to meet the needs of local businesses.
Essential Skills:
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably with expertise in litigation and employment law.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in local languages is highly desirable.
Educational Background:
  • Juris Doctorate or equivalent law degree is required.
