Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our partner experience initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for fostering strong relationships with partners, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and preferences to inform product development and improvement.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip partners with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the software industry.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
