Job Description
  • We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to help keep carrier networks accurate, compliant, and reliable. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys data accuracy, organization, and working in a collaborative team environment—all while enjoying the flexibility of a remote setup.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), excellent typing speed, accuracy, and organizational skills, as well as a high school diploma (additional certifications in data entry/admin a plus).
  • This professional will be responsible for collecting and verifying insurance certificates from carrier providers, accurately entering, updating, and managing carrier data in our systems, reviewing and validating carrier insurance coverage for compliance and legitimacy, identifying and correcting data discrepancies to maintain accuracy, communicating with insurance representatives via phone/email to confirm details, organizing and maintaining digital records and compliance files, and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and support process improvements.
What We're Looking For
  • A detail-oriented and motivated individual with a high school diploma (additional certifications in data entry/admin a plus)
  • Experience in data entry, compliance, or administrative roles preferred
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent typing speed, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
