Job Description:

The Compliance Analyst will have a thorough understanding of the company's culture and market dynamics.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining ongoing oversight over regulatory compliance with risk management requirements and reporting. You will also assist in the development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists in various regions, research and analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements, provide support to various departments and business units by participating on working committees and test groups as required, maintain regular communication and contact with other sites and monitor and report on performance, and analyze new legislation to determine its impact on risk exposure and ensure that compliance related activities are coordinated.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University Degree and 5 years relevant experience.
  • Experience with compliance and/or risk management/audit.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC.
