Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Coordinator to support our growing physical therapy clinic.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven environment focused on patient care and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in healthcare administration, receptionist, or similar roles and be proficient in U.S. insurance verification workflows.

In this fully remote role, you will manage the front office workflow, answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries, schedule appointments, process intake forms, and maintain patient records in our Electronic Medical Record system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries in a polite and professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-ups, and referrals

  • Verify insurance and coordinate with billing staff as needed
Requirements
  • 1+ year experience in healthcare administration, receptionist, or similar roles
  • Familiarity with U.S. insurance verification workflows preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English
