Delinquent Account Manager

We seek a seasoned professional to drive customer engagement and secure timely payments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, a strong understanding of collections best practices, and experience managing complex accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage customers via phone or email to resolve past-due accounts.
  • Determine reasons for delinquency and negotiate payment plans or settlements.
  • Update account records accurately using CRM tools.
  • Recommend optimal collection strategies in accordance with established guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of collections experience required.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
